What countries do you supply firewood to?+
We ship wholesale kiln-dried firewood, kindling and briquettes to merchants, importers and DIY chains across the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, France and beyond. Dedicated country pages cover delivery routes, standards and lead times for each market.
What is the minimum order?+
One full 40ft container — around 60–64 crates of 1m³ hardwood, 30–32 crates of 2m³, or approximately 3,000 retail bags. For first orders or top-ups we can arrange consolidated pallet groupage on curtainsider trucks.
Is your firewood Ready to Burn?+
Yes. Every crate, bag and pack is kiln-dried below 20% moisture and certified Ready to Burn — the UK legal standard for firewood sold under 2m³. Non-certified firewood is not part of our range.
What species of firewood do you supply?+
Baltic birch, oak, ash and alder. Birch is the year-round volume seller; oak is the premium tier; ash is the all-rounder; alder is popular for saunas and smoking. Single-species or mixed hardwood loads.
How long is the lead time?+
3–4 weeks from order confirmation to arrival at a UK, Irish or continental European port. Road freight to Scandinavia and Germany is faster — typically 2–4 days from loading. Book 4–6 weeks ahead in September–November peak.
Do you supply FSC or PEFC certified firewood?+
Yes. All our Baltic hardwood is FSC and/or PEFC chain-of-custody documented, sourced from sustainably managed Latvian forestry. Certification references travel with every consignment.
Do you supply retail bags for supermarkets and DIY?+
Yes. 22L and 40L netted retail bags are palletised and shrink-wrapped for direct delivery to supermarket, garden-centre and DIY chains. Custom branding is available on larger orders.
Can I mix products in one container?+
Yes — most of our containers ship mixed. A typical mixed 40ft container might combine hardwood crates, retail bags, kindling and briquette pallets. It smooths margin across trade and retail channels without adding freight cost.
